Overview: Cordyline rubra, known as the Palm Lily is an evergreen Australian plant. It grows as a shrub to around 4 metres tall. It grows naturally in rainforest and wet open forest, sometimes in sandy soils, from south-eastern Queensland to north-eastern New South Wales

The Red-fruited Palm-Lily Fruit was eaten by Aborigines and attracts birds.
