EVERYONE'S ENVIRONMENT 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY - 2,800 NATIVES PLANTED
The Everyone's Environment first birthday planting was a wonderful success - 55 eager volunteers had fun planting and mulching some 2800 tube stock in just 2 hours. What a tremendous effort! A big thanks goes to Gold Coast City Council's Greening Officer Saraya Robinson who helped coordinate the day. After the work was completed everyone was treated to a picnic morning tea with lashings of cake, cool drinks and nibbles. Thanks everyone.

JUNE 2015 - DEE DEE SWALE

FEBRUARY 2015 - DOOLEE SWALE, 600 PLANTS
Here are some pictures taken by Carol Danvers of the happy volunteer crew at our last planting held on Saturday 7 February 2015. Thanks again goes to everyone who turned up. A total of 600 plants were installed along the Doolee Swale including a patch up around the perimeter of Chris Walton oval.

SEPTEMBER 2014 - 1,050 TREES & SHRUBS
Here is a selection of photos from our third ELM planting on Saturday 27th September 2014. Pics taken by Lynne O'Hehir. There was a fabulous turn-up of some 35 eager volunteers plus several happy and entertaining children. Thanks to all of you who participated. You can see by the photos that everyone had a fun time on such a beautiful spring morning. A giant thanks goes to Alex and George for pre drilling the holes, it made the planting work so much easier. 1050 trees and shrubs were planted in approximately 1.5 hours, an outstanding achievement. After the work was done yummy treats and tales of the day were shared at the Three Figs Cafe, thanks Mirella, the cakes, slices and fruit were delicious and so was the coffee. A lovely and memorable community experience, thanks again guys!
AUGUST 2014 - 850 NATIVES PLANTED

Thank you so much to everyone, ELM is very grateful for your contribution.
